Client satisfaction is our priority. We offer unlimited minor revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure the final deliverable meets your requirements.
Before work begins: full refund of deposit if the client cancels before design work has started.
After work has started: the initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed.
If a client is dissatisfied after the revision process has been exhausted and no resolution is reached, a partial refund (based on work completed) may be issued at our discretion.
Refund requests must be sent to info@glowinggraphics.net with order details within 7 business days of the final delivery.
No refunds are issued once final files have been delivered and approved by the client.
