Client satisfaction is our priority. We offer minor revisions within the agreed project scope and timeline to ensure the final deliverable meets your requirements. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Before work begins: full refund of deposit if the client cancels before design work has started.
After work has started: the initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time and resources already committed.
If a client is dissatisfied after the revision process has been exhausted and no resolution is reached, a partial refund (based on work completed) may be issued at our discretion.
Refund requests must be sent to info@glowinggraphics.net with order details within 7 business days of the final delivery.
No refunds are issued once final files have been delivered and approved by the client.
